Effective September 1, 2013, there is a new landscape maintenance company for Lake Hills.  Valley Crest Landscape Maintenance is now providing this service to the community's common areas.  You will see their red trucks within the community.  Please note that if you see anything of concern such as a broken sprinkler or sprinklers that do not shut off, please contact Avalon Management so that a work order can be issued to Valley Crest. 

The Board of Directors was able to negotiate a contract with the same monthly maintenance fee but increased services.  We look forward to sharing their knowledge and expertise.

After more than a decade as a member of the Board of Directors, Stuart Hartman resigned recently due to the sale of his Lake Hills home.  Stuart served the board in various positions including President, Treasurer and Secretary.  Thank you to Stuart for his many years of volunteer service to the Lake Hills community.
At the September meeting, the Board appointed Colleen Jeffers to the Board of Directors.  Colleen is a long time volunteer.  She is a District Delegate as well as a member of the Architectural and Landscape Committees.
