At the March 13, 2017 Board of Directors meeting, the Board approved a new three-year tree management plan, having completed the prior three-year plan in 2016. Specifically, the Board authorized Bright View Tree Care Services to do the year 2017 crowning and thinning. The plan includes Sycamore trees and other miscellaneous species. Work is scheduled to being this month pending weather. Also approved was treatment of Eucalyptus trees and various tree removals of trees deemed to pose a possible hazardous condition. Year two of the tree trimming plan includes California pepper trees and pine trees in 2018 and year three is eucalyptus in 2019.
